Victor Saunders is a British mountaineer〔(Has mighty Everest been reduced to a playground? )〕 and author. He trained as an architect〔(Bonington's last big challenge: the secret summit of Tibet )〕 at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. He became as a UIAGM mountain guide in 1996.
